and safely, so here's what you can expect:

 

 

Processing Time:

• Original artwork and printed bookmarks are in the mail within 1-3 business days from WI, so you won't have to wait long to enjoy your new art!

*Shipping time varies depending on carrier and location.

• "Print on Demand" items ship within 5 to 10 days on average from TX. This is due to the nature of needing to be created first, per order.

holidays, processing and shipping times may increase slightly. I'll always keep

Shipping Costs:

• Orders under $50 will be charged a flat fee of $10.00 for standard shipping.
• FREE standard shipping is available on orders of $50+ (subtotal). This excludes sculptures that require an LTL freight carrier or other special shipping methods--see shipping methods for details.
• Sculptures that are 40 pounds or more and fit within standard packaging will ship via UPS ground. Sculptures that are too large to fit in standard packaging will ship via LTL and will have a separate shipping cost listed on your quote. These sculptures would be commissioned works.

Shipping Methods:

• Standard Shipping: Most orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, delivering within 3-5 business days from ship date. Larger works of art, including sculptures, ship via UPS if they fit within their shipping parameters.
• Oversized Artwork Shipping: For custom art that is too large or too heavy for UPS will ship via an LTL carrier or other specialized shipment methods as discussed on quote.

 

Packaging:

Here's how I package your treasures:

• Canvas and/or framed Paintings: These will be nestled in protective bubble wrap and/or foam padding to prevent damage during transit.
• Painted Ornaments: Each ornament will come in a giftable white box with tissue paper, and that box will ship inside of a square shipping box.
• Metal Roses: Each metal rose will ship in a long rectangular box, and will include bubble wrap as needed.
• Regular Sculptures: These will ship with bubble wrap and/or foam padding within a box. Odd shaped sculptures may require different packaging.
• Oversized Artwork: Packaging will vary depending on the size of the piece.
• Gifts & Apparel: Anything under the "Gifts & Apparel" category, excluding printed bookmarks, will be shipped as a print on demand order from a trusted vendor. Printed bookmarks will be shipped from my facility in WI in a waterproof package.

 

Shipping Insurance:

If your purchase is lost or damaged during shipment, you will be eligible for a full refund or replacement when you report it within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date. Please see How to File a Claim for instructions.
